Wesley and Stacey Campbell have been long time residents of the Okanagan Valley, pastoring in Kelowna for over 30 years. In 1986 they co-founded New Life Church, and shortly thereafter experienced a dramatic revival and move of the Holy Spirit. As a result of this revival, New Life grew to over a thousand members in 5 years.

This revival also set in place a direction that ultimately connected Wesley and Stacey with John and Carrol Arnott and the Toronto Blessing. In the initial stages of the Toronto Blessing, Wesley and Stacey were regular conference speakers and also began to travel as part of the team of extension itinerate ministries. It was at that time that RevivalNOW! Ministries was born, as Wesley and Stacey participated in over 50 national and international conferences per year from 1995 onward. Since that time, they have ministered in over 60 nations and continue to speak at 60 plus conferences a year.

Today Wesley and Stacey work within a city church concept in New Life Church and Kelowna Christian Center. They sit on an apostolic team bridging two regional churches and numerous international works. Stacey is the founder and facilitator of the Canadian Prophetic Council with international affiliates in various countries. They are part of Harvest Rock apostolic and prophetic council, under the leadership of Che Ahn. And, most recently they have become the Overseers of Eaglesnest School of Supernatural Ministry in Kelowna, BC - an affiliate of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, based in Redding, California.

Banning Liebscher

Banning and SeaJay Liebscher are on staff at Bethel Church in Redding, California as the Directors of Jesus Culture, a ministry dedicated to mobilizing, equipping, activating, and sending a new breed of revivalists all over the world.

Through Jesus Culture conferences, Campus Awakening, and Jesus Culture Music, Banning and SeaJay are seeing a new breed of revivalists raised up around the who are encountering God, being trained and equipped in the realm of the supernatural, and being sent into their city to minister in power. Prior to his current position, Banning was the Youth Pastor at Bethel Church for ten years and now oversees the youth and young adult ministry at Bethel Church.

Banning's passion is to see people fall madly in love with Jesus, demonstrate the power of God, and give themselves to a life of prayer for worldwide revival. His heart is to ignite a prayer movement and raise up and release healing revivalists in cities around the world.

Joseph Garlington

Bishop Joseph L. Garlington, Sr., PhD is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Church of Pittsburgh, a multiracial and cross-cultural community of more than two thousand members, which he founded with his wife, Barbara in 1971.

Guided by Bishop Garlington's vision, Covenant Church has been a model of reconciliation and racial healing for Reconciliation Ministries International. Reconciliation Ministries spans the globe in representation with nearly a thousand congregations worldwide.

His preaching and teaching ministry, known for its humor and deep insight, has made him a popular speaker at many national conferences such as Promise Keepers, the international men's movement, where he has regularly addressed tens of thousands of men. Bishop Garlington regularly consults for pastors, churches and organizations that are eager to develop similar models of racial reconciliation and healing.
